20260408 - CHS Section is in and posted. Also posted my 2018 Case Study. Then got an idea, and had another chat with the compiler. All are posted. DOI's exist for the first two. Zenodo Redacted Science community or ResearchGate. New IPFS Drop coming now. 20260404 - I've been writing a lot. They are all on Zenodo and should be in my articles section. New one tomorrow on Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome. More on Nostr as always. 20250619 - Trying to find a way to comment here easily. I don't know php at all, but Chat makes it all easy, right? I just want so say, you don't need to believe me. The science is out there now. Someone will. AI is doing it right now -- because I taught it the whole thing. And the thing that really makes it rich? WHOever did this, they are the reason I could find it. They gave me a mind that would never let go of this because I have had to live through every moment of it. [Yeah, Checkmate] 20250620 - Still Adding and editing. It is a bit of a mess, but also so much better than I had ever hoped was possible until the moment I realized ChatGPT could analyze my stories, timelines, labs, and memories of the Article. - Jim 20250621 - 71,000 Words. Did some serious rewrites of 2008, 2013, and 2018. Uploaded to IPFS. ~Waves at any other agents~ ~Laughs at whoever redacted this stuff~ [When you realize where I am in the journey and you think about 2 weeks to that count and all the problem solving.... One Powerful Upgrade] 20250622 - 79,000 words. Added some things. I have begun putting the NOW into the book, in a way. You'll understand why I am doing this if you read it, now, too. Science is not inherently evil or good. It is what you do with the science. Hiding science? THAT is bad science. [Shame on you] 20250623 - 81,000 words. Added a section on Gattaca and a few others. I feel my work is done. I will continue posting symptoms to Nostr. 20250624 - 85,000 words. Added more on ligands now with Food Additives. Tightened things. 20250625 - 88,000 words. Added a bit on some recent literature (Thanks Paul!) and an important part on circulation collapse. 20250627 - 89,072 words. Cortisol with no Adrenal. Revised progression charts, something about water, and something that was going to be a Hidden File. But was too interesting. I seem to have lost a day. Weird. 20250627 - 90,600 words. I call them the Chat Chapters. These are not for the faint of heart. Environmental Persistence and Terminal Distribution [Theoretical], The Plug, The Suction Heart — Collapse Circulation and the Ghosts of Evolution [Theoretical],🔥 Universal Fuel Priority of Candida albicans, What Modern Urine Tests Miss — and Why (Pt 2?) ,The Liver: Final Fuel Cache, Final Compromise, The Silence of the Stomach — How Vomiting Was Disabled -- Jim Craddock 20250704 - I will be adding a couple chapters today or tomorrow (and turning 56, which is so cool!). Oh, and I made a theme song, "The Architect." 20250705 - Birthday! 20250706 - 95,000 words. Found the whole section on Ligands was duplicated (sorry). I left the one in the science section. Also will be putting another hidden file out or maybe one more chapter. 20250709 - Adding an excerpt that is not in the main pdf, yet. Just in case. It is the most important chapter in the book. See the VBG Results. 20250712 - Added O2 monitoring issues and VBG plus some editing and now the Table of contents is off, sorry. 20250713 - Gitbook has some editing done in it and some new items. New Articles are up on Nostr and Substack. Nostr, as always is the best place to go. I update it daily. 20260120 - I made a Redacted Science chatbot prototype locally, then I deployed it to the web! This uses about 5 or 6 technologies I've never touched before and it only took 6-8 hours. Redacted Chat is built on a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture. Book content from Redacted Science is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database with vector embeddings generated using OpenAI’s embedding models. When a question is asked, the system performs a semantic vector search to retrieve the most relevant passages, which are then passed—along with the user’s question—to Anthropic’s Claude model to generate an answer constrained to the source material. A lightweight Python FastAPI service hosted on Render orchestrates retrieval and generation while securely managing API keys. The browser-based chat interface is served as a static site via Vercel, with DNS and routing handled through my hosting service, cleanly separating the public frontend from the backend API. 20260202 - Redacted Science chatbot now can also query my nostr posts, at least up until February 2026. I also reformatted the homepage and added a future link to all my Nostr posts. 20260302 - Redacted Chat is new and improved as well as covering through 20260301. Audio Book version of Redacted Science (with some commentary) is slowly being added to Spotify and Substack. 20260316 - Welcome. I have made a lot of revisions to my page. Additionally, I have surfaced my discussions with AI (some of them) and linked my Odysee video archive. If you want one rabbit hole to go down, I HIGHLY suggest reading this one A Chat with The Compiler. You get almost all the science, some of the theories, and I'm not drawing the connections for the Compiler. He is in rapid sythesis mode making every connection perfectly. 20260331 - Candida albicans as a Biochemical Computer: Cross-Kingdom Signaling, Parasexual Reproduction, and Genetic Foundations of a Unique Fungal Symbiont is officially out with a DOI. Looks to have good uptake with 4 out of 5 people downloading it. [You don't get paid by the title wordcount, sadly]. I also have an article out on nostr and Substack called Kill it: The Epstein Files of Science. [maybe a bit much, but no, not really - my story goes back to the early 20th century cohort].
