# The Hex Theory Genesis — Collector Rights Notice

## Official artwork and token

This notice applies only to the official one-of-one ERC-721 token for **The Hex Theory Genesis** whose creator wallet, Ethereum contract address, token ID, mint transaction, artwork CID, metadata CID, and checksums match the canonical record at:

## What the collector owns

The lawful holder owns the blockchain token and may hold, transfer, or sell that token through compatible infrastructure.

The collector may display the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including in a personal digital gallery, wallet, social-media profile, or marketplace listing connected with the official token.

## Rights retained by The Hex Theory

NFT ownership does not transfer copyright, commercial rights, reproduction rights, trademark rights, or ownership of The Hex Theory brand. Those rights remain with The Hex Theory.

Without prior written permission from The Hex Theory, the artwork may not be commercially reproduced, sold separately from the official token, modified, sublicensed, merchandised, used in advertising, or used to create another NFT or blockchain asset.

## Authenticity

A copied image, file, marketplace listing, or similarly named token is not proof of authenticity. Collectors should verify every official identifier against `https://thehextheory.com/verify`.

## No investment promise

The token is a digital collectible. The Hex Theory does not promise financial return, price appreciation, resale liquidity, marketplace availability, royalties, or future utility.

## Transfer

The personal display permission follows the official token. It ends for a former holder when that holder transfers the token and applies to the new lawful holder.

## Integrity

The canonical artwork identified above must not be silently replaced. Any revised artwork is a separate version requiring a new filename, checksum, CID, and verification record.
