#JBP-117 - Take translations tasks management and payments management from notion and tip.cc to dework

### Summary:

This proposal aims to take translation task management and payment management from notion and tip.cc to dework, as it seems like a more capable platform to take on the needs of the team. It also proposes that as the badges system in DeWork gets deployed and functional it be used to reward translators that made significant contributor to the DAO in the form of “badges for a web3 curriculum”

### Risks:

It might make the process slower in the first few cycles until everyone gets used to it

That the management of translation work gets done trough notion

Making translation work easier

In the long run we should have a leaner and easier to manage translation structure

### W**hat help might be needed from Juicebox DAO and its members?**

Zotico will have to support the transition of the other translation team members from one platform to the other

The multisig or the bookkeeping responsible will have to authorize the payments on dework from time to time
