## Definition

The Peace DAO Multisig is a Gnosis Safe at [`0xD2427c0e44D28Ea74c0504E072c6073d135569B2`](https://etherscan.io/address/0xD2427c0e44D28Ea74c0504E072c6073d135569B2) (the "Multisig").

## Guidelines

The Multisig Safe Owners ("Signers") must agree to abide by the following principles:

1. Signers agree to act in accordance with the will of Peace DAO, as expressed through Peace DAO's [governance process](governance).
2. The Multisig must maintain a Safe threshold equal to or greater than 60 percent of the number of Multisig members.
3. Multisig transactions must be in accordance with Peace DAO's [governance process](governance).

Signers in violation of these principles are to be removed from the Multisig, at the discretion of dao-lawfirm.eth.
