    "summary": "IO: Developer Experience Initiative",
    "rationale": "I vote **YES** on the **IO: Developer Experience Initiative**.\n\nTo me, this proposal addresses a fundamental “chicken and egg” problem in the Cardano ecosystem. We can continue investing in Bitcoin DeFi, interoperability layers, stablecoins, bridges, or other important infrastructure, but if the developer onboarding experience remains weak, we will struggle to turn that infrastructure into real products. Without a strong developer experience, fewer builders will come, fewer applications will be launched, and the ecosystem flywheel will remain slow.\n\nImproving DevX is not a secondary concern; it is a prerequisite for adoption. Developers need a clear path from curiosity to production. They need better documentation, better tooling, reusable patterns, and a smoother way to build and test ideas quickly. This proposal directly targets those needs through developer onboarding, tooling coordination, a starter CLI, smart contract libraries, ecosystem bounties, and measurable feedback loops.\n\nI also recognize that there is always room to improve any proposal, especially one of this scope. I would like to see strong milestone-based accountability, transparent reporting, and clear measurement of outcomes. However, I do not believe imperfection should prevent us from supporting work that addresses such a critical bottleneck for Cardano.\n\nOn a personal note, I know Robertino and I trust the seriousness of his work. I have also spoken with him directly about this initiative and his motivation. That gives me additional confidence that this effort is coming from a genuine desire to solve a real ecosystem problem, not simply to request funding.\n\nCardano needs more builders, but builders need a better path into Cardano. In my view, this proposal is a meaningful step in that direction. Sometimes, better late than never.\n\nFor these reasons, I vote **YES**.",
