The front entrance of Prime Produce at 424 W 54th Street is accessible from the sidewalk. Restrooms on the first floor are wheelchair accessible.

The A/C/E 50th Street station has an elevator on the north side of 49th Street west of 8th avenue. The B/D/E 7th Ave station does not have an elevator.
