Its open, shared infrastructure could provide long-term value by enabling multiple lending protocols and financial institutions to connect and operate more efficiently.\n\nDespite the risks of development failure and limited adoption, I support this investment based on the team’s track record, open-source commitments, and milestone-based funding structure.\n\nHowever, I expect stronger Treasury fund safeguards, particularly clearer mechanisms for protecting and recovering advance payments, releasing and transferring unfinished work if development stops, and ensuring unused funds are returned to the Cardano Treasury."}}
