CanuDAO has offered Slice their starter pack, containing the following services:

- Canu Bots (CanuDAO, gm, Intro)
- External Bots (Verification, Calendar, Mascot Messager, Auto-Role, Recording, Translator, Stat-analysis, snapshots, Twitter feed, Moderation)
- Notion (Structure, Tutorial, Keeping-up)
- Growth Strategy (Analysis and Plans)
- Discord Server (Channel, Roles, Permissions)
- Manual for use cases: short tutorial on how to use Slice for each type of project

The work will start today and will last for about 30 days, while the upfront payment will happen at the beginning of the next funding cycle, on January 12.

Work will involve a full-time member and 2 support members from CanuDAO (Gogo, Zeugh, Acalanto).

### Risks:

Work doesn’t yield expected results (better overall structure, community growth, higher engagement). To compensate the risks, in case of evident lack of alignment with respect to desired outcome a new proposal could be made to waive the agreed success fee.

- 60% upfront (payout on FC#5)
- 40% success fee, paid our when work is completed (~30 days) and upon reaching agreed metrics
