"summary": "Proposal to do some Housekeeping on the Juno Treasury",
"details": "# Juno Treasury Housekeeping\n\n\n\n## Current Situation\n\n\n\nFollowing the Council's disbandment through proposal 350, some leftover tokens remain spread across various SubDAOs.\n\n\n\nSpecifically, we have:\n\n\n\n**[Council](https://daodao.zone/dao/juno1nmezpepv3lx45mndyctz2lzqxa6d9xzd2xumkxf7a6r4nxt0y95qypm6c0/treasury):**\n\n- 10M JUNO (currently used for the delegation program)\n\n- WYND tokens\n\n- LP tokens for the WYND/JUNO pool\n\n- LP tokens for the wyJUNO/JUNO pool\n\n\n\n**[Development Department](https://daodao.zone/dao/juno1gyjl26rnqqyk6cuh6nqtvx8t885jgqagusvpqpvtgaygcjg2wjdqz0rzle/treasury):**\n\n- 23,000 USDC (on the Osmosis Interchain Account)\n\n- 660k JUNO\n\n\n\nThe Communications and Operations departments are either empty or contain minimal funds (less than $10 worth of tokens).\n\n\n\n## Proposal\n\n\n\nI propose to add myself (Dimi) as a member with majority voting power in both the Council and Development Department to carry out the following actions:\n\n\n\n**Council:**\n\n- Remove liquidity from WYND/JUNO and wyJUNO/JUNO pools.\n\n- Unstake wyJUNO to retrieve JUNO (this may take time).\n\n- Transfer all JUNO to the community pool.\n\n- Send all WYND to the WYND DAO (as per proposal 141).\n\n- Leave the 10M JUNO untouched to keep the delegation program running.\n\n\n\n**Development Department:**\n\n- Send all USDC to the community pool.\n\n- Send all JUNO to the community pool.\n\n\n\n## Risks\n\n\n\nAlthough the community has veto power over the Council, certain actions aren’t easily performed through DAODAO, especially with the current issues in WYND integration. Once I am added to the Council, I’ll need to transfer the funds to a temporary wallet, conduct the necessary lp operations, and then transfer the remaining balance to the community pool.\n\n\n\nThis means I will have full control of these funds, so the community will need to trust that I won’t misuse them.\n\n\n\nThe same approach applies to the Development Department’s balance.\n\n\n\nOnce these actions are completed, I will remove myself from both the Council and the Development Department. If further housekeeping is needed in the future, another person can be added as needed.\n\n\n\n## FAQs\n\n\n\n1) **Why not send the funds directly instead of adding you as a member?** \n\n Executing these transactions, especially IBC transfers and CW20 swaps, is complex and time-consuming to configure with governance messages. I haven’t had time to test them all. Adding members instead is tested and works effectively.\n\n\n\n2) **How can I trust you?** \n\n I am one of the individuals with most skin in the game in Juno, holding approximately 1M JUNO tokens myself. I'm still here to help improve the network, even if others gave up and moved to something else. I am a reputable member of the Interchain. Misusing funds would harm me economically and damage my reputation, in such a way that is not convenient for me to do.\n\n\n\n## Voting Options\n\n\n\n**YES**: Approve my temporary control of these DAOs solely to carry out the specified actions in this proposal. \n\n\n\n**NO**: Decline this approach or suggest an alternative. \n\n\n\n**VETO**: Consider this proposal as spam or a scam. \n\n\n\n**ABSTAIN**: If unsure about how to proceed.",
