### **Summary:**

- Write product documentation for 10+ use cases
- Bootstrap Slice DAO for Product Discovery of the problem space — create metrics framework, experience map, opportunity solution tree, and 1 interview snapshot

### Risks:

Quality might not meet the DAO’s standards. Some of these things might be of debatable value. Might not help us achieve product-market fit.

### How **have you already contributed to the DAO?**

1. Drafted product documentation for 10+ use cases
2. Helped build out Notion and Figma with initial Product Management artifacts
3. Created Event Dictionary in order to instrument the product and build metrics framework
4. Created an initial Opportunity Solution Tree for musicians selling web3 products (needs to be ported from personal Miro to Slice FigJam)
5. Built an example Slicer and storefront for an upcoming Top 40 artist + BAYC collaboration Music NFT collection, which aims to generate 150 ETH in sales, at which point a production Slicer will be created to airdrop to NFT holders for receiving royalty payments; Featured Slice in a Music NFT submission to ETHOnline NFTHack weekend of 1/14–1/16

### Other contributions

1. Participated in (all ?) community and governance calls
2. Started mentoring LazerVike on Product Management techniques
3. Contributed multiple times to the Slice Juicebox and signaled 500 GRT as a curator of the Slice subgraph
