# JBP-113 - Redefinition of values and metrics for translation team

### Summary:

This proposal aims to expand the languages we currently translate to, approve a new budget for the translations payout and changing the minimum amount of translation work needed to have gas refunded on withdrawal.

### Risks:

The main risk here is to have a to big expenditure for some languages that might not be used, but this should be good to have ready for the long run anyway.

### **What are the changes being proposed?**

Expand the languages from the current: Portuguese, turkish, chinese and spanish by adding to it Hindi, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Bulgarian, German and French

Expanding the total value for translation that was approved as 10 ETH for the 5 languages to 17 ETH to the newly proposed 11 languages

Changing the current value of $1000 worth of translation work to get gas refunding on [tip.cc](http://tip.cc) withdrawal to only $500.

### **What is the goal of this proposal?**

Expand our translation team into more languages that have been asked in the community in those last 3 months and make the payment experience to the translators easier and more rewarding, having in mind that the current high bar for gas refunding has only been reached by two members in all the material translated so far.

### **What is the expected impact of these changes?**

Improving the reach of juicebox to non-english speakers around the globe

A 7 ETH increase in the total possible expenditure over  the course of the next 3 months

The need for a number of gas refunding transactions
