### Summary:

WAGMI Studios is in the midst of building out the most culturally important effort in Juicebox’s history. Establishing the voting tokens as one of the most unique tokens in WEB3. Continuing to offer design, illustration, animation and education support across the ecosystem. We are looking to continue our efforts at the current payout amount.

### Risks:

The risks are not respecting the ETH. Over-payment for a service someone else could do better for less.

### **How have you contributed to the DAO?**

• Currently working on the visual design aspect of the locked JBX NFT project which will bring better incentives to governance and exposure to Juicebox 

• Created 36 emojis and over 70 stickers which gives life to the JB Discord

• Created logo, iconic Banny and other Juicebox characters featured on the website

• Creating high quality cultural assets for iconic moments in JB history and for yearly events.

• Collaborated with Lexicon Devils to create a unique digital hangout/education center in Crypto Voxels for Juicebox

• Educational videos to help explain the more technical features of JB

• WAGMI is also currently working on the marketing collateral and assets for the big Morgensterns Ice Cream Event. 

• Helping with UI for Juicebox High 

• Working on JuiceBox NFT Martketplace with Tankbottoms. 

 We are collaborating with Jango, Tankbottoms, NatashaPankina, Viraz, Mr. Goldstein and others to create a Locked JBX voting NFT that will be beautifully unique in all of web3. Creating not just a voting token but also a Key to an infinite BannyVerse.

### How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**

• With TankBottoms and NatashaPankina help Wagmi plans to have all the assets ready for the switch to VeJBX voting. We are currently working on the visual assets and a UI that that will make this complex experience feel simple.  (Visuals for the NFT, and UI for website) 

• With TankBottoms and NatashaPankina help Wagmi plans to Build out a second minting experience where VeJBX holders can personalize their Banny - Secondary Banny sales will be split with JB DAO & Tank/Natasha (details TBD)and WAGMI

• Continue to experiment using Art, Design, and Animation to expand the cultural reach of Juicebox and Banny. 

• Bring the heat to V2. Making sure people understand the value and are exited to jump in! Continue to create education tutorials and animations & infographics to help onboard and explain new features for V2

• Continue to add value to other projects around the ecosystem though support, education, and unique high quality cultural assets. We will constantly strive to bring community support from every angle including 1 on 1 to make sure every JB project has every tool and understanding they need to succeed! 

### **What does success look like for someone taking on your role?**

•  We what to help usher in the end of the era of “corporate” art. We want revenue generating machines that have serious products, services, and contributors to be able to flex their own style in the world. Adding to the beauty and the distribution of iconic art in the world. Doing this though a delicate, graceful balance of edginess, playfulness and signaling trust though competency. 

 •  We want the Juicebox ecosystem to thrive in a thousand ways, partially because their fundraising platform is as memorable and effective as Patreon, Kickstarter, and Onlyfans.  

•  JBDAO and Discord becomes iconic and completely unique in web3 for its vibes, education, and exposure techniques.

• When onboarding no longer includes questions about token mechanics.

### **Under what criteria should the community reassess this payout?**

• When a week goes by and you don't experience see WAGMI making moves!
