Spearheading and writing contracts and tests for [this PR](https://github.com/jbx-protocol/juice-contracts-v2/pull/67), aiming to make JB v2’s project NFTs into a reusable project registry that could power other web3 product tools, allowing people to bridge their “project profiles” and admin privileges across many products without re-inputting information and managing multiple admin keys.

### Risks:

Contract changes always have risks, but as this was pre-audit, there shouldn’t be any major increased risk.
