I would like a one time payout for work done before the vote of the formal governance process.  I am asking for the equivalent of two governance cycle payments since my work began in early January.

I created and introduced a governance process to the DAO

I created a governance calendar

I suggested and implemented the notion.  Connected @gm DAO with the founder of Charmverse which token gated the notion.  

Created task board, proposal templates, governance process, relations to connect different sections of the notion.  

### How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**

I want to continue improving, maintaining and oversee the governance process for gmDAO
