"summary": "Revised Cardano Summit 2026 Singapore",
"rationale": "I will vote **Yes** on this proposal.\n\nI believe the revised version is stronger, more realistic, and better aligned with Cardano’s need to be present in strategic institutional spaces.\n\nThat said, as a DRep, I would like to see how we can integrate stronger post-event reporting around these areas:\n\n1. Real spend vs. budget\n2. Qualified leads by category\n3. Strategic meetings actually completed\n4. Technical demos and workshops delivered\n5. Hackathon results and follow-up\n6. Sponsorship revenue achieved\n7. Any unspent funds returned or clearly accounted for\n8. Clear methodology for media reach, sentiment, and share of voice\n\nMy main recommendation is that we start working on this now, not after the event.\n\nThe long-term goal should be that future Cardano Summits become progressively less dependent on treasury withdrawals and more supported by strong sponsor relationships, institutional partnerships, and ecosystem-level coordination.\n\nFor that reason, I support this proposal, while encouraging the Foundation and the community to use this Summit as a step toward a more self-sustaining event model for the coming years.",
