A broader communication process—allowing DReps to host workshops or review sessions—would have created a healthier environment for collective evaluation. I also acknowledge that the confidentiality required by integration partners limits the level of pre-execution auditability available to the community, even though strong post-execution audit mechanisms are included in the design.\n\nThat said, the strategic case is compelling.\nCardano urgently needs these integrations to remain competitive. Only the proposing entities are realistically positioned to negotiate and deliver institutional-grade agreements of this scale. This budget has the potential to unlock stablecoins and liquidity that the ecosystem critically needs. Governance safeguards, reporting, and audit processes are aligned with constitutional requirements. And without these integrations, Cardano risks continued isolation and missed adoption opportunities.\n\nFor these reasons, while recognizing the limitations, I am voting YES in a spirit of constructive collaboration and confidence in the ecosystem’s long-term vision.",
