Product management — building out our PM framework and stewarding the Slice v2 launch.

### How **have you already contributed to the DAO?**

- Setup Figjam board for all things Slice dev, design, product BUIDLing
- Expanded Slice use cases and formatted in user-friendly wiki
- Created north star metric framework
- Led collaborative workshops to build out the story map “spine”
- Strategized on freemium model, first-time UX, and BizDev opportunities
- Started v2 manual test plan, v2 changelog, decision log, and gas table

### How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**

- Setup Dework boards and own “grooming” of BUIDL-related boards
- Write missing user stories for v2 frontend
- Create v2 launch plan and steward manual testing effort by DAO members
- Lead additional collaborative workshops to build out the story map “body”

- Review v2 unit tests and look for missed edge/corner cases
- (Attempt to) interview 1 musician selling web3 products — *this will be ongoing, but we need to invest more into our recruiting process because Lazer and I are ready to interview*
