    "rationale": "I vote NO.\n\nI recognize that Intersect has an important role to play in Cardano, but I am not satisfied with how that role is currently being fulfilled.\n\nFrom my perspective, Intersect has not been effective enough in expanding participation, bringing in more active members, or creating continuous engagement across its groups and committees. Even though funding channels exist, the process still feels inefficient and too often concentrated around the same people and structures.\n\nFor an organization requesting this level of Treasury funding, I expect stronger execution, broader participation, and clearer evidence that the model is working for the wider ecosystem.\n\nFor these reasons, I cannot support this proposal at this time.",
