    "comment": "I am voting NO on this proposal, not because I question its merits, the team's capabilities, or the potential value of bringing government-scale adoption to Cardano. Trivolve has demonstrated meaningful progress, and I recognize the long-term economic and strategic benefits this initiative could bring to the ecosystem.\n\nMy decision is based on timing and responsible Treasury stewardship. With the current Net Change Limit and the critical importance I place on funding Liquidity Fund Part Two, I believe we must prioritize the initiatives that address Cardano's immediate liquidity and economic infrastructure needs. I would welcome Trivolve returning in the next fiscal funding cycle, when this proposal can be considered without competing against what I view as a more immediate ecosystem priority. This is a vote on when to fund, not whether the project deserves funding."
